If you have studied a language before, you should be assessed before taking tuition. This saves time and money, and allows us to ensure that the course is programmed at the correct level and that the course materials are tailored to your needs.
Quick, easy and thorough
This assessment allows us to ascertain your current ability and specific language learning requirements. It is a written assessment, which is sent for you to complete and return by post, email or fax. Once received, we will give you a call to talk through the findings and answer any queries you may have.
Face-to-face appraisal for intermediates
If your level of ability is intermediate or above, we would recommend a face-to-face assessment which lasts for about 30 minutes and allows us to establish your ability in all areas of the language. This assessment can take place at your offices or at our school.Our assessment report will cover the following:
- Conversational fluency
- Use of vocabulary
- Understanding and use of grammar structures
- Listening comprehension
- Pronunciation
- Written ability
Fees
- Written Assessment, followed by a telephone interview: No charge
- Written Assessment, followed by a face-to-face interview: £ Fees available on request.
- Fees are credited in full if a course is taken
